What you need:
2 handsful of wild garlic
Salt and a bit of pepper
1/2 tsp lemon juice
100 gr soft butter
Chop the wild garlic and mix it with the soft butter, add the lemon juice and salt and pepper according to your taste. Mix everything well and form a roll. Then wrap it in plastic foil and refrigerate or freeze (depending on how quick you will use it). It’s perfect with grilled steaks or any other grilled chicken skewers. More with wild garlic: here.
