Finally one of the latest objects of desire arrived: the bourke street bakery book by Paul Allam & David Mcguiness. You won’t believe how delicious the items in this book are presented and looking at it, I wish I’d live in Sydney and have my Sunday morning coffee’s at this bakery.

There is a large variety of basic bread recipes, sweet pastries as well as salty stuff in the book. How about some home made pain au chocolat or cute little ginger brûlée tarts? Be warned… you will see lots of their stuff coming up… and hopefully it will look only half as good as in the book. Now I’m waiting impatiently for the weekend to start the first trials.
