While I was spending some days in one of the most beautiful corners of Switzerland, the Bergell, and spent the Saturday with my Mum producing 100 Bitterballen, Mr. C. spent his weekend in Puglia in the South of Italy with his family. There he was enjoying some of his fathers famous dishes. I hope he has some original recipies in the luggage!
